Photo Sheet

Photo Sheet Video Script

Hello, and welcome to the AgWare ClickForms photo sheet tutorial video.  In this video, I will show you how to browse to a different folder in the photo sheet, and also how to get the pictures from the photo sheet onto a photo page.

The first thing to note is that the photo sheet is part of the toolbox.  It is located on the right side of the screen, and is the third tab within the toolbox.  Before we move to the photo sheet tab, let’s add a photo page to our forms manager.  I’ll add the photos 2 medium page from my forms library.  Now, when you click on the photo sheet tab, you will see that it automatically defaults to your my pictures folder on your computer, and you will see the pictures in that folder below the file path.  If you need to change the folder, click on the browse button that’s located to the right of the folder file path.  This will bring up a file directory allowing you to browse to your desired folder.

Once you have found the folder that contains the pictures you want to use, click okay.  You will then see all of the pictures that are in that folder shown on the photo sheet.  Scroll through the pictures until you find the picture you want to use.  To get the picture into a photo cell on your photo page, simply drag the image from the photo sheet and drop it into the desired photo cell.  Once you have your photos in the photo cells of a photo page, you can right click on the image for a list of options such as editing options and rotating options.

To recap, you can change the folder shown on the photo sheet by clicking the browse button, and then selecting the folder you want to see.  A good thing to remember is that only pictures will appear in the photo sheet section.  The ClickFORMS software will always remember the last folder that you chose for the photo sheet.
