The Common folder contains three (3) sub folders:


  • Subject QuickStart
  • Comment & Work Processor
  • Definitions & Assumptions
  • Photo
  • Exhibit
  • Sales
  • Certification
  • Invoices


The Subject QuickStart is new, but all others existed prior but are part of the forms "Common" to each appraisal.


There are three sub-folders within the "Intro" folder



The Letter of Transmittal and Table of Contents forms were not changed for this release.  The three (3) Cover Page options now synchronize with the Subject QuickStart page with most of the information transferred into the page selected.
