This "dual" property reporting option is also relatively straight-forward.  The information displayed conforms to USPAP with dates, exposure/marketing time, preliminary approach indications, the final value conclusion, allocation if appropriate, and affirmative statement about extraordinary assumptions or hypothetical conditions.

The final opinions of value and allocations are intended to reflect the change between the two situations, i.e., "before v. after" condition.

NOTE:  When using Section Dividers in ClickForms for dual property situations (before v. after  ---  in this example), the user can add two Reconciliation pages (one in each section) and it will correctly report both results on this page.

The alternative is to insert one "Dual Reconciliation" page and one "Dual Certification" page at the end, and it too will correctly report the results on the Dual Report Summary Page.
