There are five check-boxes in the Numbers group.


  • The Add Commas adds commas to numerical fields.
  • The Add + Sign adds a plus sign to a numerical cell.
  • The Add $ sign adds a dollar sign to a numeric field.
  • Display Zeros displays a zero when 0 is entered on a numerical field. This is the default behavior. Unchecking display zeros clears out the cell if it has a numeric value of 0.
  • The Add % sign adds a percentage symbol to numeric fields
  • Adjust rounding for the selected cell type by clicking the drop-down list.



  • This change will affect linked cells elsewhere in the report when the replicate feature is used.
