Income YIELD Capitalization 


Any Sale’s income can be displayed for “Yield Capitalization” (shown below) after analyzing each sale’s cash flow in the Income Analysis in DataLog, then selecting “Discounted Cash Flow” and entering the appropriate income and timing.  Once into the database, they can be imported as part of each sale record, then summarized in the Yield Capitalization Summary (the second chart below).  The actual subject "yield capitalization" begins on the third chart or second page of the form-set.
