1.  Most of this page "auto-fills" from other sections within the report.  A few items have been added for UASFLA which must be manually entered and shown with green box within in this explanation.



Entries should be as succinct as possible since it is an Executive Summary.



2.  The second and third sections include the physical characteristics, including geo-coded location and map; plus, the highest and best use conclusions and a "manual entry" section for "Improvement Summary & Other Relevant Characteristics".



3.  The last section is completely "auto-filled" and contains the required dates, value allocations, and acknowledgment of the "Extraordinary or Hypothetical Conditions".




4.  Add any other items (manually) that requires the reader's attention.  Heading can be modified (inside red box) for your specific use.
